The Rev-B Vector Graphics card needs to have some wire mods done to it
in order for it to function.
Here is a list of the required wire mods:
		1. Cut and lift pin 11 of B1 (7404) and connect it to GND.
		2. Cut and lift pin 11 of C9, D9, E9, F9, G9, and H9, (all 74191s)
and connect them all to +5V with a 1K pullup resistor.

The Revision-C schematic has these changes made, but I have not edited
the corresponding board file. That is why there are airwires.
REV-B is ready to manufacture, REV-C has the correct schematic.

If you want to fabricate your own boards, you might want to generate new
gerbers because I did an older format that your fab house might not like.

If you make changes to my designs, I'd suggest that you make sure that
the autorouter doesn't throw vias in between pads on the edge connectors
for the Double-Buffered RAM Board and the Vector Graphics Card.
That has caused me a bit of grief. They need to be lined up almost exactly
in their current state so that signals aren't shorted together.
